Tech Meet-Up Taking Place Next Month

The 8th Annual Tech Meet-Up is taking place at Salmon Arm Secondary on Tuesday, February 11th between 9AM-Noon.

The event is sponsored by School District 83 Careers, Salmon Arm Secondary and the Salmon Arm Economic Development Society. Shuswap companies will be able to showcase to SD83 students how they are on the leading edge of technology in their fields. Students will be able to tour the exhibits and be able to interact with some of the displays in the school’s atrium. Some of the more than 20 local businesses in attendance include Raptor Integration, Valid Manufacturing, Sky Crew and Dinoflex. Students are welcome to drop off resumes at these companies as some of them are hiring.
